Who can fill out the form?
If you are between 21 and 30 years old as of September 1, 2025, this is a good opportunity. SC/ST candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation, and OBC candidates will receive a 3-year relaxation. The required qualifications are graduation with 60% marks or a post-graduation degree, an MBA, CA, CS, LLB, or an engineering degree. LLB is required for legal candidates, and 5 years of Army/Navy experience is required for security candidates.

The fee for General, OBC, and EWS candidates is ₹850. SC, ST, and disabled candidates pay only ₹150. The good news is that upon taking the exam, General candidates will receive a refund of ₹700, while others will receive a full refund.
Salary and Benefits
After securing a job at NABARD, you will initially receive a basic pay of ₹44,500, but including DA, HRA, medical, and petrol allowance, you will earn up to ₹1 lakh per month. After 5 years, the salary will increase to 1.8 lakh rupees. You will also be provided with access to a house, car, loan, pension, holidays, etc.
How will the selection process be conducted?
To get a job at NABARD, there will be three stages of examination. First, there will be a prelims exam, consisting of 200 questions worth 200 marks. This paper will last for 2 hours. It will include questions on reasoning, English, computer science, mathematics, general awareness, rural and farming issues, and agriculture. One-quarter of a mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. If you pass, you will have to take a 200-mark paper on English writing and rural and farming topics in the main exam. Finally, there will be an interview worth 50 marks.
