Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board (MPTET) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the Primary Teacher Selection Test-2025 under the School Education Department and Tribal Affairs Department. If you also want to work as a primary teacher in Madhya Pradesh, then this is a golden opportunity for you. The application process for these posts has started from July 18, 2025. Now candidates can apply for Primary Teacher Selection Test-2025 by visiting the official website esb.mp.gov.in. The last date to apply has been fixed as 01 August 2025. Also, candidates can make corrections in their application form from 18 July to 06 August 2025.

Examination Fee

To apply for this post, candidates will also have to pay the examination fee. The examination fee for general category candidates has been fixed at Rs 500. Apart from this, the examination fee has been fixed at Rs 250 for the natives of Madhya Pradesh, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, OBC, and EWS candidates.

Essential Qualification

Only those candidates who have passed the Primary Teacher Selection Test-2020 or 2024 with the prescribed percentage will be eligible to apply.

To apply, one must have a two-year diploma in elementary education in Higher Secondary or equivalent with a minimum of 50 percent marks.

One must have a four-year B.Ed degree in Elementary Education in Higher Secondary or equivalent with at least 50 percent marks.

Age Limit

The minimum age of the candidates to apply has been fixed at 21 years. Also, the maximum age of male candidates is 40 years, maximum age of 45 years for women, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Divyang candidates of Madhya Pradesh.

Exam Pattern
In the Primary Teacher Selection Test, candidates will be asked 100 multiple-choice type questions of 100 marks from Hindi, English, Maths, Science and Social Science.
