MPESB ITI Training Officer Recruitment 2026: The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has released the notification for the ITI Training Officer recruitment 2026. MPESB has announced a total of 1120 vacancies for the post of Training Officer in various trades. Registration for these posts will begin on January 17, 2026. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website esb.mp.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria for Application
The required qualifications vary for each trade. Generally, candidates must have passed High School (10th) or its equivalent. In addition, for technical qualifications, candidates must possess an ITI (NCVT/SCVT) certificate in the relevant trade or a degree or diploma in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university or polytechnic. Note that 50% of the positions in many trades are reserved for degree/diploma holders.

The minimum age of the candidate is 18 years, and the maximum age is 40 years for the general category. The maximum age limit is 45 years for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes, women, and PwD candidates.

Application Fee
The application fee for candidates is determined according to their category. The fee is Rs. 500 per paper for unreserved (UR) candidates, while it is Rs. 250 for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes/Extremely Backward Classes and PwD (only Madhya Pradesh residents) candidates.

Selection Process
Eligible candidates applying for the MPESB Recruitment 2026 will have to go through two stages to be selected for the post. The first stage is a Computer-Based Test (CBT), which will be a 100-mark online objective test. A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in this examination.

The second stage is document verification, which will be conducted by the Directorate of Skill Development. In this stage, all the certificates and qualifications of the candidates will be verified.
