MPESB Recruitment 2026: Application process resumes for 1,700 Group-3 Sub-Engineer posts in Madhya Pradesh..

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has reopened the online application process for the recruitment of Group-3 Sub-Engineers. This is a golden opportunity for candidates who were unable to apply for these posts earlier.

According to the official notification issued by the MPESB, the application process for Group-3 Sub-Engineer posts will commence on October 13. Candidates can apply for these positions until October 27. Additionally, the deadline for making corrections to the application form is set for October 28.

**Number of Vacancies**
A total of 1,700 candidates will be selected through this recruitment drive. The vacancies are distributed as follows: 628 posts for the General category, 426 for OBC, 146 for EWS, 246 for SC, and 254 for ST.

**Registration Fee**
Candidates are required to pay a registration fee to apply for the Group-3 Sub-Engineer posts. The fee is set at ₹500 for unreserved category candidates and ₹250 for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and differently-abled candidates from Madhya Pradesh.

**Eligibility Criteria**
The age limit for applicants is set between a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 40 years. Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. Furthermore, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution in India.

**Exam Pattern**
The examination will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) worth a total of 200 marks. The questions will cover subjects such as General Knowledge, Hindi, English, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, General Science, and General Computer Knowledge, alongside questions related to the specific technical field of the post.
