**Educational Qualification**
To participate in the MP SI and Subedar recruitment, candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university or institution. For SI (Armament) posts, a 3-year diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required, while for Sub-Inspector (Photo/QD/Fingerprint) posts, a graduation degree with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics is mandatory.
**Age Limit**
The maximum age for candidates applying for this recruitment must not exceed 33 or 38 years, depending on the category. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive age relaxation. Please note that the age calculation will be based on September 23, 2026.

Selection Process and Salary
Selection for this recruitment will be conducted through a preliminary examination, a main examination, a physical efficiency test, and an interview. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹36,200 to ₹1,14,800, in accordance with Level 9.
