Additionally, recruitment will take place for various administrative and technical roles. The government describes this as a significant step toward filling long-standing vacancies within the police department.

Furthermore, recruitment will be conducted for 135 posts of Non-Gazetted Subedar (Stenographer), 520 posts of Assistant Sub-Inspector, 81 posts of Non-Gazetted Subedar, 312 posts of Sub-Inspector (District Police), 69 posts of Sub-Inspector (Special Branch), as well as various positions in the QD (Questioned Documents), Fingerprint, Armament, and Photography branches.

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (ESB) will soon issue a notification for recruitment to these posts. The notification will contain full details regarding application start dates, eligibility criteria, age limits, the exam format, and the selection process. **“A Total of 18,000 Posts to be Filled in the Police Department”**
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has stated that the state government aims to fill a total of 18,000 posts within the police department. Approval for the remaining posts will also be issued soon, in addition to the existing 9,662 posts. The government believes that the availability of an adequate police force will strengthen law and order and accelerate efforts to make the Madhya Pradesh Police the best in the country.
