MeitY STPI Recruitment 2025: Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), a premier S&T organization under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), is recruiting for various technical, support, and office attendant positions. Most of the vacancies are for candidates with an engineering background. Selected candidates will receive a salary of up to ₹1,77,500 per month.

Under this recruitment, a total of 05 posts of Technical Staff Member - E-I (Scientist B) will be filled. In addition, 02 posts of Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-V and 03 posts of Administrative Officer (A-V) have been allocated. Recruitment will also be done for 03 posts of Assistant (A-IV). Other positions include 04 posts of MTSS ES-IV, 01 post of MTSS ES-III, and 01 post of MTSS ES-II. Additionally, there is 01 post of Assistant (A-III), 02 posts of Assistant (A-II), and 01 post of Assistant (A-I). Furthermore, 01 post will be filled for Office Attendant (S-I).
Salary and Pay Matrix
The salary levels in this recruitment range from Level 1 to Level 10. The highest salary will be for Scientist "B" (Level-10), with a pay matrix of ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500. Administrative Officer (Level-7) will receive a salary of ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400.
The salary for MTSS ES-V and Assistant A-IV (Level-6) is set at ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400. MTSS ES-IV and Assistant A-III (Level-5) will receive a salary of ₹29,200 to ₹92,300.
The pay matrix for MTSS ES-III and Assistant A-II (Level-4) is ₹25,500 to ₹81,100. MTSS ES-II and Assistant A-I (Level-2) will receive a salary of ₹19,900 to ₹63,200, while the salary for Office Attendant (Level-1) is fixed at ₹18,000 to ₹56,900.
STPI Recruitment Selection Process:
For most positions, the selection will be based on a written examination. For the Scientist B position, candidates will have to appear for an interview after the written examination.
For final selection to the MTSS ES-II position, it will be necessary to qualify both the written examination and the trade test (practical). For the Office Attendant (S-I) post, candidates will be required to pass a trade/skill test after the written examination.
