Act Apprentice - The Kolkata Metro Rail Authority is recruiting for this position. The online application process will begin on December 23, 2025, and continue until January 22, 2026. Online applications can be made through the official website of Metro Railway Kolkata, mtp.indianrailways.gov.in. Appointment to the position of Act Apprentice in the Kolkata Metro will result in a monthly stipend of ₹1,800.

You must have passed 10th grade.

Applicants must have passed at least the 10th grade under the 10+2 examination system. They must have secured a minimum of 50% marks overall. They must have passed the 10th grade examination from a recognized board. They must have an ITI certificate in the trade in which they will undergo apprenticeship training, which will be awarded by the NCVT or SCVT. Applicants must be between 15 and 24 years of age. The minimum age is 15 years and the maximum age is 24 years. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories.

What is the application fee for applicants in which categories?

₹100 for General and OBC candidates

₹100 for SC, ST, and women candidates.
