Who can apply?
Eligibility criteria and age limits vary according to the teaching level. The cut-off date for calculating age is January 1, 2026. Primary and Middle School Teachers
The age limit for primary and middle school teacher posts is 18 to 37 years.

For middle school teachers, a graduation degree along with B.Ed or B.El.Ed and CTET/BTET Paper-2 qualification is mandatory.
Secondary and Higher Secondary Teachers
The age limit for secondary and higher secondary teacher posts is 21 to 37 years.
For the secondary teacher post, a graduation degree along with B.Ed or B.El.Ed and STET Paper-1 is mandatory.
For the higher secondary teacher post, a postgraduate degree along with B.Ed or B.El.Ed and STET Paper-2 qualification is required.
What is the application fee?
The examination fee for this recruitment has been set at ₹100. Candidates applying for more than one teaching category must pay a separate examination fee for each chosen category. These categories are Classes 1–5, Classes 6–8, Classes 9–10, and Classes 11–12.
