LIC HFL Recruitment 2026: LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) has announced recruitment for the position of Junior Assistant. A total of 180 Junior Assistant posts are to be filled through this recruitment drive. These vacancies have been released for several states, including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online. Candidates applying for the Junior Assistant position must possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Additionally, they must have secured a minimum of 55 percent marks.
The prescribed age limit is set between 21 and 30 years as of April 1, 2026.
Applicants are required to possess basic knowledge of computers.

**Salary Details**
According to the notification issued by LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL), candidates selected through this recruitment process will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000. In addition to the basic salary, other allowances—such as House Rent Allowance (HRA), medical benefits, Provident Fund contributions, and meal allowances—will also be provided. The total annual remuneration will range between ₹4.64 lakhs and ₹4.98 lakhs.
