KVS Recruitment 2025: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has released another major departmental recruitment drive for the year 2025.  Previously, a recruitment process for 9921 posts was initiated, and now the organization has issued a notification for 2499 new vacancies. This recruitment is only for employees already working in teaching or non-teaching positions within KVS. Under this process, posts such as Principal, Vice Principal, PGT, TGT, Head Master, ASO, SSA, JSA, Finance Officer, and Section Officer will be filled. Applications will be accepted from December 12th to December 26th, 2025.

KVS Departmental Recruitment 2025: Applications open for 2499 posts
The examination will be held on February 15, 2026. Out of the total 2499 posts, 1712 are unreserved, 525 are reserved for SC candidates, and 262 are reserved for ST candidates. Selection will be done through LDE (Limited Departmental Examination) and LDCE (Limited Departmental Competitive Examination). Teaching posts and some non-teaching posts will be filled through LDE, while the recruitment for Finance Officer and Section Officer will be done through LDCE.

Exam Pattern
The exam pattern will include 60 objective questions (60 marks) and 10 descriptive questions (40 marks). The total time allotted is two and a half hours. Qualifying marks require unreserved category candidates to secure at least 40 percent marks, while SC/ST and PwD candidates need to secure 35 percent marks. Application verification will be completed by the Controlling Officer by January 2, 2026.
