KVS-NVS Recruitment 2025 CBSE Important Notice: The application process for teaching and non-teaching positions at Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas is underway. Candidates who have not yet applied can fill out the online application form by visiting the official websites of CBSE, NVS, or KVS. Meanwhile, CBSE has issued an important notice regarding applications. Candidates preparing for government jobs can check this notice on the CBSE website, cbse.gov.in.

More than 1.1 million candidates have applied so far.
According to Notification 01/2025, online application submission for recruitment to various teaching and non-teaching positions at KVS and NVS began on November 14, 2025. CBSE is monitoring the regular application submission portal, and so far, more than 1.1 million candidates have applied for various positions.

No Problem with the Portal: CBSE
The CBSE's new notice states that many candidates are submitting complaints under the RTI Act 2005 via email/application/portal, and calling various phone numbers for KVS, NVS, and CBSE, reporting technical difficulties in submitting applications on the portal. However, over 1.1 million candidates have applied for various posts so far. CBSE is also continuously monitoring the process. This indicates that there are no problems with the portal.

Why are candidates unable to fill out KVS-NVS forms?
The board stated that a major reason for candidates failing to fill out forms is that they do not meet the required qualification criteria for the selected post. This is why the portal is preventing them from proceeding further. The notice reiterated that the qualifications for many posts at KVS and NVS are not the same, with slight differences, even though the post names are the same at both institutions. Due to this discrepancy in qualifications, multiple qualification dropdowns are displayed for each post on the portal.

CBSE's Important Advice
The Board advises candidates to carefully read the notification before applying for any post and ensure that their qualifications match the ones mentioned in the notification. Therefore, candidates should select the post and the relevant qualifications on the application portal. If candidates select the correct qualifications mentioned in the notification for the post they are applying for, their application will proceed. However, if they select the wrong qualifications, the portal will block their application from proceeding.

Fee Payment and Refund Problems
Another problem candidates face is updating fee payments on the portal or refunding failed transactions. In such a situation, if the transaction is not updated on the portal, candidates will have to pay the fee again, and the amount of the previously made transaction will be automatically refunded to their bank account within a week.

Forms will be filled by December 4th.
It is worth noting that through this recruitment drive, a total of 14,976 posts will be filled in KVS and NVS schools for various non-teaching positions, including TGT, PGT, Primary Teacher, and Principal. The online application process began on November 14th and will continue until December 4th, 2025. Eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official websites of CBSE, KVS, and NVS, www.cbse.gov.in, kvsangathan.nic.in, and navodaya.gov.in, respectively, until December 4th, 2025.
