KVS-NVS Recruitment 2025: Recruitment has been announced for 14967 teaching and non-teaching posts in Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS). CBSE has released the detailed notification. According to the notification issued, the online application process has started today, November 14, at 10 am.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the application link available on www.cbse.gov.in, kvsangathan.nic.in, or navodaya.gov.in. The last date for application and fee payment is December 4, 2025. This recruitment aims to fill a total of 9126 posts in KVS and a total of 5841 posts in NVS.

Eligibility Required for Application
The eligibility criteria for teaching positions in KVS and NVS are different. For PGT positions, candidates must have a Master's degree in the relevant subject and a B.Ed. For TGT positions, a bachelor's degree with a B.Ed. and passing the CTET exam for several subjects is required. For the primary teacher (PRT) position, candidates must have a senior secondary degree with a D.El.Ed. or B.Ed. and pass CTET Paper-I.

The qualifications for the Principal position are higher. Candidates must have a master's degree and B.Ed., along with experience as a principal or vice-principal in a recognized school. Candidates meeting these eligibility criteria can apply for the respective positions.
