JSSC Teacher Recruitment: Recruitment for 1375 posts of secondary teacher, salary up to Rs 1,12,400..

Jharkhand JSSC Madhyamik Acharya 2025: Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has notified recruitment for 1373 Secondary Teacher posts. The Commission has invited applications from interested and eligible candidates for recruitment to these posts. The process of online application is going to start from 18 June 2025. Interested candidates can apply for these posts by visiting the official website jssc.jharkhand.gov.in.

The last date to apply has been fixed as 17 July 2025. The examination fee can be paid till midnight of 19 July 2025. The link will be available till midnight of 21 July 2025 to take a printout of the application form by uploading a photo and signature. A correction window link will be made available for the candidates from 23 July 2025 to 25 July 2025 at midnight to modify any wrong information in the online application form except the name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number of the candidate.

Salary

Candidates will be given a salary ranging from Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400 every month as per Pay Matrix Level-6.

JSSC Teacher Recruitment Eligibility: Age Limit and Educational Qualification

Applicants should have postgraduate with at least 50 percent marks in the relevant subject from a recognized university from one of the subjects taught at the secondary (Class 9th-12th) level in government schools of the state and B.Ed / B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed. degree from an institute recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.

Or

Post Graduate with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in the relevant subject from a recognized university in the subjects taught at the secondary level in government schools of the state and three-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed degree.

Educational qualifications have been prescribed differently according to the posts. Candidates are advised to check the official notification before applying.

The minimum age limit for applying is 21 years. The maximum age limit is as follows category-wise:

Unreserved and Economically Weaker Sections - 40 years

Extremely Backward Classes (Schedule-1) and Backward Classes Schedule-2 (Male) - 42 years

Female (General, EWS, OBC, BC) - 43 years

Scheduled Castes (Male and Female) - 45 years

Scheduled Tribes (Male and Female) - 45 years

The age limit will be calculated as of 01 August 2025.
