JPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor Recruitment 2025: Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released the official notification for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Public Prosecutor. The online application process will start from 24 June 2025 and candidates will be able to apply till 15 July 2025. The examination fee can be deposited till 5 pm on 16 July 2025. Interested candidates can apply by visiting jpsc.gov.in. Under this, a total of 26 posts will be appointed.

JPSC Assistant Public Prosecutor 2025: Educational Qualification

Graduation in Law: Applying candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university so that they are eligible to practice in court as an advocates.

Computer Certificate Mandatory: Also, a certificate of computer operation from an institute recognized by the state government is also mandatory.

Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidates applying for this recruitment should be 21 years, which will be calculated as per the base date of 1st August 2024. Candidates younger than this will not be eligible for this exam.

At the same time, the maximum age limit has been fixed separately for categories. The maximum age for male candidates of Backward Class-1 and Extremely Backward Class-2 is 37 years, while the maximum age for women of the same category is 38 years. The maximum age limit for all male and female candidates of the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories has been fixed at 40 years.

How much will be the application fee?
The application fee has been fixed separately according to the category. The application fee for candidates of Extremely Backward Class (Schedule-1) and Backward Class (Schedule-2) has been kept at ₹ 600, while the candidates of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) category of Jharkhand state will have to pay ₹ 150. Candidates can pay the examination fee through digital means like a credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet, Bharat QR, or UPI through a payment gateway.

Then log fill out the application form and fill in all the required information correctly.

Upload the required documents and pay the examination fee.
