Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Intermediate/10+2/equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English subjects with a minimum of 50 percent marks. Candidates must have secured 50% marks in English. Alternatively, they should possess a three-year engineering diploma in (Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology) or a two-year vocational course with Physics and Mathematics as subjects. Candidates who have passed 12th standard with 50% marks from streams other than Science are also eligible to apply.

Age Limit: Applicants' date of birth should be between January 1, 2006, and July 1, 2009 (both dates inclusive). If the candidate clears all stages, the upper age limit is 21 years.
