Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal has recently announced a special opportunity for the role of "Chief of Staff". However, the initial year of this job will be completely different from traditional jobs. Why no salary in the first year?
In response to this question, Goyal said that whoever is selected for this role should take it as an opportunity to learn. An amount of ₹ 20 lahks will be donated directly to "Feeding India". Along with this, Zomato will donate an amount of ₹ 50 lakh to another charity. From the second year, the candidate will be given an annual salary of more than ₹ 50 lakh.
