UPSC has released recruitment for a total of 213 posts, which include different categories like Legal, Medical, Educational, and Administrative. These include 5 Additional Government Advocates, 18 Additional Legal Advisors, 1 Assistant Government Advocate, 2 Deputy Government Advocates, 12 Deputy Legal Advisors, 15 Lecturers (mainly in Urdu), 125 Medical Officers, 32 Accounts Officers, and 3 Assistant Directors. The maximum 125 posts are of Medical Officer, which is a great opportunity for doctors, while 15 posts of lecturer are in Urdu, which are great for Urdu lovers, and the rest of the legal posts are suitable for lawyers.

What are the jobs in UPSC? What should be the degree?

Up to what age can you apply?
The age limit for these UPSC recruitments is up to 50 years, but this is for the general category. It is different according to the category. For most posts, the maximum age limit for UR/EWS has been kept from 35 to 40 years.

Lecturer (Urdu): Up to 40 years for EWS, 45 for ST.

Medical Officer: 40 years for UR/EWS.

Accounts Officer: 35 years for UR/EWS.

Assistant Director: 35 years for UR.

The fee is very low. The application fee is only Rs 25, but some categories are exempted.

SC/ST/PwBD/Women: Free, i.e., zero fee.

General/OBC/EWS: Rs 25.
