Jobs Alert: Applications for 9617 posts of Rajasthan Police Constable start, apply immediately..

There is big news for the youth who want a government job in the police department. The Office of Director General of Police Rajasthan Jaipur has issued recruitment for 9617 vacant posts of Police Constable, for which the application process has been started from today i.e. 28 April. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility for constable posts can fill out the form immediately without delay by visiting the official website recruitment2.rajasthan.gov.in or from the direct link given on this page. The last date to apply has been fixed as 17 May 2025.

Method of application
To apply online for joining this recruitment, candidates have to click on the Apply online link available on the Recruitment Advertisement on the online portal https://recruitment2.rajasthan.gov.in or after logging in from SSO portal http://sso.rajasthan.gov.in, select Recruitment Stack2 available in Citizen Apps (G2C). After this, the candidate will click on Apply Now. Now the candidates should do one-time registration (OTR) and after that complete the application process by filling in other details. Finally, submit the form by paying the prescribed fee.

To participate in Rajasthan Constable Recruitment, the candidate must be a citizen of India. The candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (12th) or its equivalent from a recognized board. To apply for Constable Driver posts, the candidate must have a valid driving license (LMV / HMV). The candidate should not have been born after 1 January 2008. Male candidates should not have been born before 2 January 2002 and female candidates should not have been born before 2 January 1997. Candidates of the reserved category are given relaxation in upper age as per rules.

Application Fee

Along with filling out the application form for this recruitment, candidates of the general/creamy layer category of backward class/extremely backward class/outside Rajasthan state will have to pay Rs. 600 as the application fee and candidates of the non-creamy layer category of backward class/extremely backward class/economically weaker/SC/ST/TSP/Sahariya category of Rajasthan state will have to pay Rs. 400 as fee.
