Jobs 2024: Last date to apply for more than 4000 JE posts in UP extended, now you can apply till this date
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has recently invited applications for several posts of Junior Engineer. The last date for these applications has been extended, giving the candidates who missed the previous cutoff a chance to apply. The new last date is June 28, 2024.

Initially, the last date to apply was June 7, 2024, which has now been extended to June 28. The application process started on May 7, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed their 12th class (10+2 system) and must have at least a three-year diploma in the relevant field, or a BE or BTech degree from a recognized university. Apart from this, it is mandatory to clear the UP PET exam.
Age Limit
The age limit of the applicants has been fixed between 18 to 28 years.
Selection Process
The selection process for these posts involves several stages. Firstly, a preliminary exam will be conducted. Candidates who clear this exam will then appear for the main exam. Those who clear the main exam will be called for document verification. Only candidates who clear all these stages will be selected. The exact dates of the exams have not been announced yet. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website of UPSSSC for updates.
Salary and Application Fee
Candidates selected for Junior Engineer posts will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹9,300 to ₹34,800. The application fee is ₹25 for all categories.
