The School Education and Literacy Department of the State Government has started a special training program in collaboration with NSIL and TCS. The objective of this program is to provide new employment opportunities to the youth by teaching technical and professional skills.

Opportunity for 12th students
This initiative was started in June 2025, in which 12th pass students are being included. Selected students will be given professional training under Tech Bee, so that they can make a career in IT, software, and other technical fields. To get admission in this scheme, students will have to take an entrance exam and score at least 70% marks in it.

Who can apply?
This opportunity is for those students of Jharkhand who have passed their 12th examination with good marks. Selected students will get a chance to work in a big institute like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In this program, along with studies, you will also get job experience, so that students can start a good career as soon as their studies are over.

Selection process and camps

Three-day selection camps will be organized for the selection of students.

The first camp will be held in Jamshedpur on August 19.

The second camp will be held in Bokaro on August 20.

The third camp will be held in Ranchi on August 21.

Each camp will start at 9:30 am and will include registration of students, a written examination, and an interview.

How will it be beneficial?

By joining this program, students will not only learn technical skills but will also receive training in international standards. During their studies, they will gain experience working in a reputed company, which will also start their income. In this way, this scheme will make the students financially independent as well as give a strong foundation for their career.
