Self-attested copies of the following documents must be enclosed with the application: 10th-grade marksheet, age proof, experience certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), PwBD certificate, Non-Creamy Layer certificate (for OBC candidates), and Income and Asset certificate (for EWS candidates). The application must be typed in Hindi or English and must bear a recent passport-sized photograph. Along with this, two additional copies of the same photograph and a self-addressed envelope affixed with a ₹10 postage stamp must also be sent.
