Jharkhand Home Guards Vacancy: The Jharkhand Home Guard Corps, Ramgarh, has announced vacancies by issuing an official notification for the recruitment of a total of 284 Home Guard positions. These positions include 213 posts for Rural Home Guards—of which 105 are reserved for women and 108 for men. Additionally, there are 71 posts for Urban Home Guards—with 35 reserved for women and 36 for men.

The online application process for these positions commenced on May 7, and the deadline for applying has been set for June 4. Consequently, eligible and interested candidates wishing to fill out the application form may visit the official website to submit their registration forms on or before the specified deadline. Furthermore, following the successful submission of the online application, it is mandatory for candidates to submit a hard copy of their filled-out application form to the Office of the District Commandant, Ramgarh, between May 8 and June 5.

**Educational Qualifications**

Candidates applying for Rural Home Guard positions must have passed at least the 7th grade. Conversely, candidates applying for Urban Home Guard positions are required to have passed at least the Matriculation (10th grade) examination.

**Age Limit**

The minimum age for candidates has been set at 19 years, and the maximum age at 40 years; age will be calculated as of January 1. Eligible candidates will be selected based on various stages, including a physical examination, a Hindi writing proficiency test, a technical proficiency test, etc. Upon selection, the salary for the chosen candidates will be determined in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Government of Jharkhand.

**Application Fee**

While filling out the application form, candidates belonging to all categories are required to pay a prescribed application fee online, which has been fixed at ₹100. Candidates should note that their application will be accepted only after the registration fee has been successfully paid.

Subsequently, register and log in. Finally, enter all the details requested in the application form.
