What is the selection process?
Candidates for the position of Banking Associate will be selected based on an online examination and document verification. The examination will be 60 minutes long and carry a total of 100 marks. It will include questions on English, Quantitative Aptitude (mathematics), and Reasoning. Candidates who pass the examination will undergo document verification. For the position of Probationary Officer (PO), the selection process will consist of three stages: a preliminary examination (Prelims) worth 100 marks, followed by a main examination worth 200 marks, and finally, an interview.
How many candidates will be shortlisted?
For the PO recruitment, after the preliminary examination, candidates numbering 10 times the total number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the main examination. Subsequently, from those who qualify in the main examination, candidates numbering three times the total number of vacancies will be selected for the next stage. These candidates will be called for document verification. Therefore, candidates preparing for the PO position should study with all three stages in mind.
