Selection Process
For Young Professionals (Graduates), the selection of candidates will be done through a two-stage process. Stage 1 involves shortlisting, which will be done through a quantitative point-based methodology obtained via a component weightage system. Shortlisted candidates for Stage 2 will have to appear for a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI). For Young Professionals (Technicians and Operators), after being shortlisted in the first stage through the component weightage system, they will have to appear for a Skill Test in the second stage.
