ISRO Vacancy: There is an excellent job opportunity at the ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), Mahendragiri, under the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). IPRC has invited online applications for 22 posts, including Technical Assistant, Technician 'B', Cook 'A', and Fireman 'A'. For Technician posts, candidates must have passed the 10th standard and possess an ITI qualification in the relevant trade, along with an NTC or NAC from NCVT. For Cook 'A', a 10th-standard pass and five years of experience in an established hotel or canteen are required. For Fireman 'A', candidates must have passed the 10th standard, meet prescribed physical fitness standards, and submit a preliminary medical examination certificate.

What is the age limit?

Regarding the age limit, for most posts, candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of October 5, 2026. The age limit for Fireman 'A' is 18 to 25 years. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive age relaxation in accordance with government regulations.

What is the salary?

For Technical Assistant posts, the pay scale falls under Pay Matrix Level-7, with a salary range of ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400. The pay scale for Technician ‘B’ is set at Level-3 (₹21,700 – ₹69,100), while for Cook and Fireman, it is Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200).

Application Fee
The application fee is ₹750 for Technical Assistant and ₹500 for other related posts. Selection will be based on a written examination and a skill test. Marks obtained in the written examination will be crucial for the final selection, whereas the skill test will be qualifying in nature.
