ISRO VSSC Jobs 2025: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has provided a great opportunity for candidates who dream of pursuing a career in India's space sector. ISRO has released a notification for recruitment to Scientist/Engineer positions at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Center (VSSC) and other space centers. A total of 17 positions will be filled under this recruitment drive, and the application process began on September 22, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online until October 6, 2025.

17 positions will be filled under this recruitment drive. Appointments for post codes 1554 to 1558 will primarily be made at VSSC. Candidates with postcodes 1559 and 1560 will be appointed at other ISRO centers.

Who Can Apply

Educational qualifications are crucial for candidates. Candidates must have completed a BE/BTech and ME/MTech in a relevant subject from a recognized university or institute. They must have a minimum of 65% marks in BE/BTech and a minimum of 60% marks (average of all semesters) in ME/MTech. Only those candidates who registered for AMIE before May 31, 2013, are eligible.

Age Limit

The maximum age of an eligible candidate must be 30 years by October 6, 2025. This means that the candidate must not have been born before October 6, 1995, nor after October 6, 2007. Age relaxation will be provided to Central Government employees, ex-servicemen, and candidates with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) as per government orders.

Salary and Allowances

Selected candidates will receive a basic salary ranging from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 under Pay Level 10. They will also receive the benefits of Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA).
