ISRO Job: Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Scientist / Engineer in the disciplines of Electronics, Mechanical and Computer Science. Eligible candidates can apply for these posts on the official website (isro.gov.in) till May 19, 2025.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 63 vacancies, out of which 22 are for Scientist / Engineer 'SC' (Electronics), 33 for Scientist / Engineer 'SC' (Mechanical) and 08 for Scientist / Engineer 'SC' (Computer Science).

Who can apply?

Candidates applying for Scientist / Engineer posts in ISRO must have a valid GATE scorecard. Also, the candidate must have obtained a BE / B.Tech degree in the relevant subject (Electronics and Communication, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering) with a minimum of 65% marks.

Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate should not be more than 18 years and the maximum age should not be more than 28 years. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) as per government rules. Age will be calculated as of 19 May 2025.

Application fee
Under this recruitment process, candidates of the General, OBC, and EWS categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 250. However, all female candidates, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Ex-Servicemen, and Benchmark Disabled (PwBD) candidates are completely exempted from the application fee.

Now on the homepage, click on the Scientist/Engineer Registration link.

After that register and proceed with the application process.

Pay the application fee by filling the form and finally submit the form.

Finally take a printout of the application form for future reference.
