IRFC Recruitment 2026: The Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) has invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Assistant and Assistant Manager (Finance). A total of 23 vacancies will be filled under this recruitment drive. Interested and eligible candidates may apply through the official website. **Number of Vacancies**
This recruitment campaign comprises 16 posts for Assistant (NE5 Level) and 7 posts for Assistant Manager (E1 Level). Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the rules: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwD candidates.

Regarding educational qualifications, for the post of Assistant, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 60% marks; additionally, passing the Intermediate examination from ICAI or ICMAI is mandatory. Conversely, for the post of Assistant Manager (Finance), candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce along with a CA/CMA qualification, or a regular two-year MBA degree in Finance from a recognized institution.

The selection process will commence with a Computer-Based Test (CBT). This will be followed by document verification; furthermore, an interview will also be conducted for the post of Assistant Manager. Final selection will be determined based on the performance in all these stages.

**Salary Details**
In terms of the pay scale, the Assistant post carries a pay scale ranging from ₹21,000 to ₹74,000, with an estimated CTC (Cost to Company) of approximately ₹8 lakh per annum. Meanwhile, the Assistant Manager post offers a pay scale ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000, with a reported CTC of approximately ₹16 lakh per annum.

The application fee has been set at ₹500 for candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories, while there is no fee for candidates from the SC/ST categories.
