IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: If you want to build a career with Indian Oil, a golden opportunity has arrived. Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) needs qualified individuals to work in its marketing division, located in the Northern Region. Therefore, the company has announced recruitment for apprentices in eight states, including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand. What are the required qualifications?
Different qualifications have been set for this recruitment. For Trade Apprentices, a 10th-grade pass with a 2-year ITI certificate in the relevant trade is required. For Technicians, a 3-year full-time engineering diploma is required, and for Graduates, a full-time graduate degree is required. For Data Entry Operator Trade Apprentices, candidates with 12th-grade degrees can also apply. All these educational qualifications must be full-time. Part-time/correspondence/distance learning certificates will not be accepted.
Apprentice Age Limit: Stipend
Age Limit - Minimum age should be 18 years, and maximum age should be 24 years. The age limit will be calculated as of September 30, 2025.
Stipend - Graduate apprentices will receive ₹4,500 (BOAT) and the remaining amount from IOCL. Similarly, technician apprentices will receive ₹4,000 (BOAT) and the remaining amount from IOCL. Trade apprentices will receive their entire stipend from IOCL.
Selection Process - There will be no written examination or interview. Selection will be based on merit points obtained in degrees/diplomas.
