IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released the official notification for the IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026.  Recruitment will be conducted for 405 Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentice positions under the Marketing Division (Western Region). Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from January 15th to January 31st, 2026, on the official website iocl.com.

Eligibility Criteria for Application
The IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 has different eligibility criteria for different positions. For Technician Apprentice positions, a 3-year diploma in Engineering is required, with a minimum of 50% marks for general category candidates and 45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates. For Trade Apprentice positions, candidates must have passed 10th grade and possess a 2-year ITI certificate in the relevant trade.

For Graduate Apprentice positions, a bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with a minimum of 50% marks for general category candidates and 45% for reserved categories. For Data Entry Operator positions, candidates must have passed 12th grade, and those with a skill certificate must also provide it.

The candidate's age should be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 24 years as of December 31, 2025. Age relaxation will be provided as per government rules. SC/ST candidates will receive a 5-year relaxation, OBC candidates a 3-year relaxation, and PwD candidates a 10-year relaxation.

Selection Process
Selection for the IOCL Western Region Apprentice positions will be based entirely on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. There will be no written test or interview. Selected candidates will be called for document verification and a medical fitness test before appointment.
