Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced recruitment for apprenticeship positions in various states across the country. Candidates seeking government jobs can apply for Trade, Graduate, and Technician apprenticeship positions until the last date, January 12, 2026. The application form can only be filled out online through the NAPS and NATS portals.
Who can apply for apprenticeship positions?
To participate in this recruitment, candidates must have passed 10th grade with an ITI/NCVT certificate, a 3-year Polytechnic Engineering Diploma in the relevant branch, BBA/BA/B.Com/B.Sc., or 10+2 (Intermediate) as per the position requirements. The minimum age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years, and the maximum age should not be more than 24 years. The age will be calculated as of December 31, 2025. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be given age relaxation as per the rules.

Technician Apprentice - Diploma at NATS: nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php
Graduate Apprentice at NATS: nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php
After applying on the portal, candidates must complete the application process by visiting https://forms.office.com/r/JtB9aJALr9. Documents Required for Application:
Class 10th/SSLC/Matriculation certificate and mark sheet issued by the concerned education board as proof of date of birth.
Mark sheets and certificates/degree or provisional certificate/degree of the prescribed educational qualification - ITI/Engineering/HSC/Diploma in Graduation (as applicable).
Conversion formula issued by their institution or university for converting CGPA to a percentage.
Caste certificate in the prescribed central format (if applicable).
Caste validity certificate (applicable only for Maharashtra state).
PwBD certificate (if applicable).
Latest EWS certificate (if applicable).
PAN card/Aadhaar card.
Recent color passport-size photograph.
Signature in blue ink.
