IOCL Recruitment 2025: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a notification for trade, technician, and graduate apprenticeship in the marketing division. It states that the IOCL Recruitment 2025 drive aims to recruit more than 400 apprenticeship posts for youth from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Daman-Diu, and Dadra-Nagar Haveli.

The last date to apply for this apprenticeship is 15 September. The application form is to be filled out through the NAPS/NATS portal. ITI holders, diploma engineers, and graduates can apply for this apprenticeship at Indian Oil. This apprenticeship will be for 12 months.

Eligibility for Apprenticeship

The minimum age of the candidate to apply is 18 years, and the maximum is 24 years. The age of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of 31 July 2025. Candidates belonging to the reserved category will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit. Talking about educational qualifications, one should have an ITI/Diploma and a Graduate. It varies according to the posts.

According to the notification, candidates having higher professional degrees such as BE/BTech, MTech, or equivalent, or MCA/CA/ICW, LLB, or equivalent qualification cannot apply.

Selection Process

Candidates who successfully apply on the NAPS/NATS portal will be considered for the selection process. There will be no written test/interview.

Merit list of all candidates applying for a particular post on the portal and fulfilling the notified eligibility criteria will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the essential educational qualification prescribed for that post.

Candidates are advised to be medically fit as per IndianOil's Pre-Engagement Medical Format. Shortlisted candidates whose documents, including the Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate, are found to be in order will be issued an offer letter for apprenticeship training.

Occupations that are not filled through the initial shortlisting process will be filled from qualified and eligible candidates included in the Panel-cum-Merit List of the same opportunity.
