IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a recruitment notification for Trade and Graduate Apprentices under its Marketing Division, Western Region, for the year 2025-26. Through this recruitment drive, 405 Trade and Graduate Apprentice positions will be filled in the Marketing Division of Indian Oil Corporation. These vacancies are for the following posts:
Technician Apprentice (Diploma) - Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electronics
Trade Apprentice (ITI) - Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist
Graduate Apprentice - BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA
Data Entry Operator (Trade Apprentice) - Freshers and Skill Certificate Holders

IOCL Apprentice Eligibility: Educational Qualification
Technician Apprentice: 3-year Diploma in the relevant trade
Trade Apprentice: 10th Pass + 2-year ITI (NCVT/SCVT recognized)
Graduate Apprentice: Graduation in any discipline
Data Entry Operator: 12th Pass (Should not be a graduate)
A minimum of 50% marks is mandatory for General/OBC/EWS categories, while 45% marks are required for SC/ST/PwBD categories. Candidates with higher qualifications, such as BE/BTech, MBA, MCA, CA, and LLB, are not eligible for this recruitment.
IOCL Apprentice Age Limit: Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 24 years
Age will be calculated as of December 31, 2025. Age relaxation will be given to reserved categories as per government rules.
Selection Process
There will be no written examination or interview in this recruitment. Candidates will be selected based on a merit list prepared from their academic marks. Selected candidates will be called for document verification and a pre-engagement medical test.
IOCL Apprentice Salary/Stipend: How much stipend will be given?
Apprentices will be given a monthly stipend as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, which will vary according to the trade and qualification.
