This recruitment drive comprises a total of 60 vacancies, distributed equally between Mechanical Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering disciplines.

Under this scheme, eligible unmarried male and female candidates—who have appeared for the JEE (Main) 2026 examination and secured the prescribed marks in their 10+2 examinations—may apply online from May 29, 2026, to June 18, 2026. This recruitment offers young aspirants an opportunity for a prestigious and permanent career within the Indian Navy.

What are the Application Conditions?
Eligibility Criteria: Only unmarried male and female candidates are eligible to apply for this recruitment. If a candidate marries during the training period, they will be discharged from the training program and will be required to refund the entire cost of training. This stipulation constitutes one of the strict eligibility conditions of the recruitment process.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) subjects, along with a minimum of 50% marks in English, in their 10+2 (Senior Secondary) examination. Furthermore, appearing for the JEE (Main) 2026 examination is mandatory. Selection for the SSB (Services Selection Board) will be based on the All India Rank (CRL) obtained in JEE (Main).

Selection Process: Following the SSB, selected candidates will be required to undergo a prescribed medical examination. Candidates who have previously been declared medically fit for the NDA/INA will not be required to undergo a re-examination.
