A great opportunity has arisen for young people who have passed their 12th grade and dream of becoming officers in the Indian Navy. The Indian Navy has released a new recruitment notification under the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme 2026. Through this scheme, young people will get the opportunity to become Permanent Commission Officers directly. Importantly, there will be no written examination; candidates will be called for the SSB interview based on their JEE Main scores. Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Entry Scheme 2026
Under this Indian Navy recruitment, selected candidates will undergo a four-year B.Tech course at the prestigious Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala. After completing this training, candidates will be appointed as Permanent Commission Officers under the B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme.

Application Dates
This recruitment is for the Executive and Technical branches, with a total of 44 vacancies. The application process will be entirely online. Applications started on January 3, 2026, and the last date for applications is January 19, 2026.

Eligibility and Age Limit Information
Regarding eligibility, candidates must have passed their 12th class from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) subjects with at least 70 percent marks. A minimum of 50 percent marks in English is also required. Additionally, the candidate must have appeared for the JEE (Main) 2025 examination.

What is the Selection Process?
There will be no written examination in this recruitment. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the Common Rank List (CRL) of JEE Main 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the SSB interview in March 2026, which will be held in Bengaluru, Bhopal, Kolkata, and Visakhapatnam.
