What are the eligibility requirements?
Academic Qualification
Candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board in the country, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects.

Minimum Marks
Candidates must have secured an aggregate of at least 60% marks in the PCM group in their Class 12 examination.

JEE Requirement
In addition to the academic qualification, it is mandatory for candidates to have appeared for the JEE (Main) 2026 examination.

Marital Status
Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for this recruitment.

Selection Process
A key feature of this scheme is that candidates are not required to take a separate written examination to become an officer in the Army.

Shortlisting
Applications received will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in the Class 12 PCM subjects and the JEE (Main) 2026 score.

SSB Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called directly for an interview by the Services Selection Board (SSB). This is a comprehensive, five-day assessment process.

Medical Test
Candidates who successfully clear the SSB interview will undergo a rigorous medical examination in accordance with the Indian Army's standards. Merit List
