Indian Army Bharti 2024: After NDA and CDS, another recruitment has come out in the Indian Army. The Army has issued a notification for the recruitment of Veterinary Graduates to the posts of Short Service Commissioned Officer. There are 12 vacancies for men and 3 for women. The last date to apply for this recruitment is 3 June 2024 till 5 pm. After this applications will not be accepted. Age Limit
Candidates should be between 21 to 35 years of age for Veterinary Graduate SSB Recruitment. Age will be calculated from 20 May 2024. Candidates should be Indian citizens.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a BVSc, BVSc (Hons) degree from a recognized institute for Veterinary Graduate SSB Recruitment of the Indian Army. At the time of submission of the application, candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with an internship.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates for this recruitment will be done in three phases. First, there will be an initial screening. Then the shortlisted candidates will be called for an SSB interview. After the interview, there will be a medical test. After the final selection, there will be IMS training.

Training and terms of service
-After the final selection, the candidate will be provided a short service commission in the army at the rank of Captain.
-After this, he will be sent to RVC Center and College, Meerut Cantonment for training.
Salary, allowances, and other benefits
After getting commissioned at the rank of Captain in the Army's Veterinary Corps, the officer will get a basic salary of Rs 61300 in the 10(b) level pay matrix, military service pay of Rs 15500 per month, non-practice allowance of 20 percent of the basic salary and dearness allowance and other allowances from time to time. Apart from this, accommodation at concessional rates, free ration or ration allowance, free medical facilities for self and family, LTC, 60 days annual leave, 20 days casual leave, canteen facilities, and insurance cover will also be available.
