Indian Airforce Recruitment 2024: Notification released for recruitment to airman posts in Indian Air Force, applications from May 22..
There is good news for the candidates who want to serve the country by joining the Indian Air Force. Indian Air Force has announced recruitment by issuing a notification for Airman (01/2025) posts under Group Y. With the release of the notification, the application dates have also been announced by the Air Force.
The online application process for this recruitment will start on 22nd May at 11 am and will continue till the scheduled last date of 5th June 2024 at 11 pm. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to complete the application process online mode by visiting the official website of the Indian Air Force, airmenselection.cdac.in.
Selection will be done through rally recruitment
Candidates applying for this recruitment will get a chance to participate in the rally recruitment. This recruitment will be done for all the districts of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir, Chandigarh, and Ladakh.
Rally recruitment will be held on these dates
Those candidates who apply within the prescribed dates will be able to participate in the recruitment rally. Rally recruitment will be organized from 3rd July to 12th July 2024.
Eligibility and Criteria
To apply for Airman posts in this recruitment, one must have passed 12th/Intermediate or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subjects. The candidate must have at least 50 percent marks in English subject. To apply for Medical Assistant posts, the candidate should not have been born before 02 January 2004 and after 02 January 2008. The maximum age of the candidate for Medical Assistant Trade posts should not be more than 21 years.
