The Department of Posts has announced recruitment for the post of Staff Car Driver within the Mail Motor Service (MMS). This recruitment drive is being conducted by the Department of Posts, Bengaluru. According to the official notification, 10 Staff Car Driver positions are to be filled for the Mail Motor Service in Bengaluru, while one position is for the Mysuru Sub-Depot. Interested candidates must apply offline. Candidates are required to have passed the 10th standard from a recognized board and possess a valid driving license for both light and heavy motor vehicles. Additionally, they must have at least three years of driving experience.
**Age Limit**
According to the notification, the maximum age limit for applicants is 56 years. Armed Forces personnel who are due for retirement or are set to be transferred to the reserve within one year may also apply, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
**Salary Details**
Selected candidates will be appointed under Pay Level-2 of the 7th Central Pay Commission. They will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹19,900 to ₹63,200, along with other applicable government allowances.

This recruitment is exclusively for existing Central Government employees.
