IIT Indore Faculty Recruitment: Opportunity to Apply for Assistant and Associate Professor Positions

For all positions in this recruitment, a Ph.D. degree in the relevant subject is mandatory.  Candidates should also have a good academic record. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for Assistant Professor Grade-I, while approximately 6 years of experience is mandatory for Associate Professor positions.

The age limit for these recruitments is determined according to the position. The maximum age limit for Assistant Professor Grade-II is approximately 32 years, while candidates up to 35 years of age can apply for Grade-I positions. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per government rules.

Regarding salary, IIT Indore faculty will receive an attractive salary as per the 7th Pay Commission. Assistant Professors Grade-II will receive a basic salary of approximately Rs. 70,000, while Grade-I and Associate Professors will receive a higher salary and other allowances.
