Eligibility

Age Limit

For this position, candidates are expected to possess an understanding of Corporate Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Treasury Management. Furthermore, basic knowledge of ERP or SAP systems is also required. Proficiency in more than one Indian language would be considered an added advantage for the candidate.

Candidates selected under this recruitment drive may be posted in any part of India. They will have the opportunity to work at various IFFCO offices as well as its subsidiary companies. This is a transferable job.

Salary and Bond

Selected candidates will be required to serve at IFFCO for a minimum period of 3 years following their training. To this end, they will be required to execute a Service Bond. Salary and other benefits will be provided in accordance with the company’s policies. The salary for the position of Trainee (Accounts) at IFFCO is quite attractive. During the training period, a monthly stipend of approximately ₹48,000 is provided, which includes certain allowances. Upon successful completion of the training, the salary increases to a range of approximately ₹40,000 to ₹75,000 per month, and the annual package can reach up to ₹12 lakhs.

Selection Process

In this recruitment drive, candidates will be selected through a three-stage process. First, a Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted. Subsequently, successful candidates will be called for an interview. Finally, the ultimate selection will be made following a medical examination.
