IBPS CRP RRB 2025: There is a big opportunity for the youth dreaming of a government job in the banking sector. The Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) has started the online application process for the Regional Rural Bank (RRB) Recruitment Exam 2025. Recruitment will be done for the posts of Group A Officer Scale and Group B (Office Assistant Multipurpose) through the Common Recruitment Process (IBPS CRP RRB XIV) of IBPS.
According to the IBPS CRP RRB XIV notification issued by IBPS, there are vacancies for Group A Officer and Group B i.e., Office Assistant Multipurpose posts. However, the vacancy details have not been shared yet. Application for this recruitment has to be done by visiting the IBPS website ibps.in. The last date of application is 21 September.
IBPS CRP RRB XIV: Education Qualification and Age Limit
Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): The age limit for this post is 18 to 30 years. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Those having a bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, agricultural engineering, agricultural marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics, or accountancy will be given preference in selection. Along with this, knowledge of the local language and computer is necessary. Two years of work experience in a bank is also necessary.
Officer Scale II General Banking Officer (Manager): The age limit for this is 21 to 32 years. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline. In which a minimum of 50% marks is required. Bachelor's degree in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, agricultural engineering, agricultural marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics, or accountancy will be given preference.
Officer Scale II Specialist Officer (Manager): For the post of Information Technology Officer, a Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent subjects with a minimum of 50% marks. A certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, and OCP is required. For a Chartered Accountant, one must be a certified associate from ICAI. Whereas, for the post of Law Officer, one must have done LLB with 50% marks. See the notification for detailed information.
Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% marks. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy will be preferred. 5 years of work experience as an officer in a bank or any financial institution. The age limit for this is 21 to 40 years.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): A Bachelor's degree is required for this post. Along with this, knowledge of the local language is also required. Working knowledge of computers is also required.
