What is the application fee?
Candidates belonging to the General, Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories are required to pay a fee of ₹850. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, and Ex-servicemen are required to pay ₹175.

When will the exam be held?
According to the IBPS notification, the preliminary examination will be held on October 10 and 11, 2026. The admit card for the preliminary exam is scheduled to be released in September. Candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear for the main examination. The main examination is scheduled for December 27, 2026. Admit cards for the main examination will be released two weeks before the exam date. Applicants should begin preparing for the exam.
