Assistant Professor Recruitment: HPSC will soon reopen the application window for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in various subjects in the Higher Education Department, Haryana. Eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies on the official website hpsc.gov.in from March 1 to March 15, 2025. This recruitment drive aims to fill 2424 Assistant Professor posts.
The notification states, "Given the notification No. 22/163/2024-5HR dated 13.11.2024 of the Government of Haryana, the Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education Department, Haryana has been requested to revise the earlier demand. The division of posts as per the revised demand will be published/displayed on receipt from the government."
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should have a post-graduation degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university/institute. Apart from this, he should have studied Hindi/Sanskrit till 10th. Candidates must have qualified UGC NET/SLET/SET exams.
Application fee
To apply, male candidates of unreserved, OBC category and male candidates of all other states will have to pay a fee of Rs 1000. At the same time, female candidates of unreserved category, female candidates from all other states, and male/female candidates of SC/BC-A/BC-B/ESM category of Haryana will have to pay a fee of Rs 250.
