HPSC PGT Vacancy 2026: Applications open for 1672 vacant posts of Computer Science Post Graduate Teacher in Haryana..

HPSC PGT Eligibility: Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Computer Science PGT recruitment, candidates must have completed an MSc/MCA (three-year regular course) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/BE/BTech in regular mode from a recognized university/institute with a minimum of 55% marks.

Candidates must have studied Hindi/Sanskrit as a subject in Matriculation or Hindi as a subject in 10+2/BA/MA.

Must have passed the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) and possess an excellent academic record.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and not more than 42 years of age. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules. Age will be calculated as of March 9, 2026.

A total of 1,672 vacant posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. Of these, 78 posts are reserved for the Mewat cadre, and the remaining 1,594 posts are reserved for the Haryana cadre. The category-wise vacancy details are as follows:

Finally, pay the prescribed fee and submit the form.

Take a printout and save it for future reference.

Application Fee
To participate in this recruitment, General category candidates and candidates from other states outside Haryana will have to pay a fee of ₹1,000. The fee for DSC/OSC/BC/EWS categories is ₹250. Disabled candidates from Haryana can fill out the form for free.
