HPSC Registration 2026: The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has decided to reopen the online application process for the posts of Assistant District Attorney. Candidates who have already applied need not apply again, unless they wish to make changes to their previously submitted applications. Meanwhile, new candidates can apply online from May 25, 2026, to May 29, 2026.

**What are the Application Conditions?**
Candidates applying for the post of Assistant District Attorney must possess a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution in India. Additionally, candidates must have studied either Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject up to the 10th-grade level. Furthermore, candidates must be registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council; only then will they be considered eligible for this position.

For this recruitment drive, the minimum age limit has been set at 21 years, and the maximum age limit at 42 years. However, in accordance with Haryana Government rules, age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories—such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Persons with Disabilities—potentially extending the maximum age limit to approximately 52 years in certain cases.

**Application Fee**
Candidates belonging to the General Category are required to pay an application fee of ₹1,000 for the post of Assistant District Attorney. Conversely, the application fee has been fixed at ₹250 for candidates belonging to the EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) and OBC categories, as well as for female candidates from the state of Haryana. Candidates are required to submit this fee online to complete the application process.

**Selection Process and Salary**
In this recruitment drive, candidates will be selected based on a Screening Test, a Subject Test, and an Interview. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹53,100 to ₹1,67,800, in accordance with the rules of the Haryana Government.
