However, in accordance with Haryana Government rules, age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories—such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Persons with Disabilities—potentially extending the maximum age limit to approximately 52 years in certain cases.

**Application Fee**
Candidates belonging to the General Category are required to pay an application fee of ₹1,000 for the post of Assistant District Attorney. Conversely, the application fee has been fixed at ₹250 for candidates belonging to the EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) and OBC categories, as well as for female candidates from the state of Haryana. **Selection Process and Salary**
