HPRCA Coach Vacancy 2026: The Himachal Pradesh State Selection Commission (HPRCA) has announced a total of 14 vacancies for Sports Coaches across various disciplines (Volleyball, Football, Basketball, Kabaddi, Badminton, Boxing, and Hockey). **Who is Eligible to Apply?**
To be eligible for this recruitment, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or institution. Additionally, candidates are required to have prior coaching experience in the relevant sport—specifically, a one-year coaching diploma from the National Institute of Sports (NIS) or a Post-Graduate Diploma from a recognized State Sports University.
Furthermore, candidates must have participated in competitions at the University, State, National, or International levels in their respective sports disciplines. An additional stipulation requires candidates to have completed their Matriculation and 10+2 examinations from a school or institution located within Himachal Pradesh; however, this specific rule does not apply to candidates who are not local residents.
Regarding the age limit, candidates must be at least 18 years of age and not exceed 45 years. However, candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC, and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories—as well as Government Employees and Ex-Servicemen of Himachal Pradesh—will be granted an age relaxation of 5 years.

**Application Fee Details**
While filling out the HPRCA Coach Application Form 2026, candidates are required to pay the fee online (via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking). Once paid, the fee is non-refundable. The examination fee is fixed at ₹100 for all categories, along with a processing fee of ₹700, bringing the total payable amount to ₹800. Additionally, a separate correction fee of ₹100 must be paid to make any modifications to the application during the correction window.
