Educational Qualifications
Court Manager: Candidates must be graduates in any subject. Additionally, they must hold an MBA degree from a recognized university and possess at least 3 years of experience in Process Management, IT System Management, Human Resource Management, or Financial Management.
Clerk/Proof Reader: Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university and possess basic computer knowledge.
Stenographer Grade-III: Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university.
Driver: Candidates must have passed Matriculation, possess a valid driving license, and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
Process Server/Group D Posts: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board.
Age Limit: The age limit for the post of Court Manager is 25–35 years. For other posts, the age limit for Unreserved and EWS candidates is 18–45 years. Meanwhile, SC, ST, OBC, and PH candidates from Himachal Pradesh are eligible to apply up to the age of 50. State government employees can also apply for these vacancies up to the age of 50. Post-wise Salary Details
Recruitment is being conducted for posts ranging from Group B to Group D. Separate salary scales have been fixed for each category.
Court Managers will receive a monthly salary of ₹48,700–₹1,54,300 (Pay Level-16).
Clerks will receive a monthly salary based on the pay matrix of ₹20,200–₹64,000 (Pay Level-03).
Stenographers Grade-III will receive ₹25,600–₹81,200 (Pay Level-06), and Drivers will receive a monthly salary of ₹21,300–₹67,800 (Pay Level-05).
A salary of ₹18,000–₹56,900 (Pay Level-01) has been fixed for Process Servers, as well as for Peons, Watchmen, Sweepers, and Watchman-cum-Sweepers.
HP High Court Recruitment 2026: Application Fee
Unreserved candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹450 online. Meanwhile, the application fee for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PH candidates from Himachal Pradesh is ₹300. Please note that applications submitted without the fee will not be accepted. Ensure that all information is entered correctly while filling out the form. During the application process, you will need to upload a photograph (20–50 KB), a signature (10–20 KB), a Class 10 mark sheet (100–500 KB), and other documents (100 KB–2 MB).
