Through this recruitment campaign, 169 Assistant Manager posts will be filled in the organization.
Assistant Manager (Engineer-Civil): 42 posts
Assistant Manager (Engineer-Electrical): 25 posts
Assistant Manager (Engineer- Fire): 101 posts
Assistant Manager (Engineer-Civil): 1 post
Selection Process
Candidates can understand the selection process of this recruitment through the points given below.
Except for the posts of Assistant Manager (Engineer-Fire), candidates will have to go through a written test and interview for selection to all other posts. There will be direct shortlisting and interaction process for the posts of Assistant Manager (Engineer-Fire).
The online written test will be conducted tentatively in January 2025. The call letter for the examination will be uploaded on the bank's website and candidates will also be informed through SMS and e-mail. The examination will consist of two papers - General Aptitude and Professional Knowledge. The General Aptitude Test will be of 90 minutes duration and Professional Knowledge will be of 45 minutes duration. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers in the online written examination.
The final merit list will be prepared after adding the marks of Professional Knowledge Test (out of 100 marks) and Interview (out of 25 marks) with 70:30 weightage respectively.
